Travel by train and motor coach to the Owens Valley on the east side of the Sierras, visiting movie sites, colorful by-ways, in the Alabama Hills, Independence,Manzanar internment site, and Owens Lake. Then continue to Death Valley National Park and Ash Meadows wildlife refuge.
From Vancouver 29 March - 6 April, 2020 Features 1600 miles of rail travel aboard two domeliners operated by VIA Rail Canada: the "Skeena" from Prince Rupert to Jasper, and the famed "Canadian" from Jasper to Vancouver. Also featured is a First Nations program with the Gitselasu in Kitselas Canyon, and a full day of touring in Jasper National Park.
